USDT Surpasses $183B Market Value as AlphaPepe Prepares for Public Trading
The stablecoin USDT has solidified its position as crypto's third-largest asset, with a market value of over $183 billion. This ranking is not driven by price appreciation, but rather by circulating supply, trading volume, and the amount of capital using the token.
USDT plays an important role across the market, used as a quoted currency on centralized exchanges, collateral in decentralized finance, and a way to move between volatile assets without returning to a bank account after every sale. Daily USDT volume regularly reaches tens of billions of dollars because the same tokens can support several transactions as capital moves between Bitcoin, altcoins, and new listings.
AlphaPepe is one such project building towards public trading with USDT already connected to its current purchase process. The presale has raised $2.5 million from over 11,100 holders, and the planned listing price starts from $0.08. A move from the current Stage 20 price of $0.02817 to that level would represent an increase of approximately 184%, creating a clear opening benchmark for buyers entering before public price discovery.
