Valinor Digital Debuts Tokenized BDC Fund on Superstate Blockchain

Share

Valinor Digital has launched the Valinor BDC Exposure Fund (VBDC) on Superstate's blockchain platform, offering a tokenized version of business development companies (BDCs). The fund is designed for qualified purchasers seeking private credit returns without illiquidity headaches.

The VBDC fund holds SEC-registered, publicly traded BDCs that provide debt and equity capital to middle-market businesses. This approach distinguishes Valinor from crypto-collateralized lending in DeFi's early credit experiments.

Valinor Digital raised $25 million in a seed round led by Castle Island Ventures in March 2026, with Superstate providing the tokenization layer through its FundOS platform. The firm has facilitated hundreds of millions in asset management across various tokenized products.
