Valinor Digital Launches VBDC Tokenized Fund with Superstate
Valinor Digital has launched a tokenized fund called Valinor BDC Exposure Fund (VBDC), which holds a basket of publicly traded Business Development Company (BDC) stocks, providing private credit returns to qualified investors. The fund supports daily subscriptions and redemptions and is managed by Valinor Digital Capital. VBDC charges an additional 1.25% management fee on top of existing BDC fees, with a daily redemption limit of 7.5% of net asset value.
The fund is part of the Superstate Asset Trust series, hosted on the FundOS platform of Superstate. The VBDC token contract went live on Ethereum on September 1, with a total supply of zero and no transfer records. The Superstate asset page marks DeFi integration as 'coming soon'. This tokenized fund brings Superstate's total assets to over $100 million, making it the fourth tokenized fund on the platform.
Valinor Digital was founded by former Blackstone GSO executive Connor Dougherty in late 2023. In March this year, the company completed a $25 million seed round led by Castle Island Ventures, with participation from Apollo, Maven 11, and Neoclassic Capital.
