Valorant Capital Seizes Minority Stake in Atom Educação

Valorant Capital has acquired a significant minority stake in Atom Educação. The investment involves buying shares from various parties, including Exame and Ana Carolina Paifer.

The deal follows a previous agreement between Valorant Capital and Atom Educação, which was unwound due to a missed mandatory tender offer deadline. As a result, Atom Educação reversed its 50.10% stake in the company.

In the new investment, Valorant Capital acquired 7,155,783 shares from Exame and 1,047,416 shares from Ana Carolina Paifer, resulting in a post-transaction holding of 34.46%. Meanwhile, Ana Carolina Paifer now owns 20.22% of the company.
