VanEck Forecasts Ethereum Price Target at $11,800 by 2030
Ethereum's long-term price potential has been estimated by VanEck's Matthew Sigel, who sees a base case value of $11,800 by 2030. This forecast is based on fee revenue, staking yields, Layer-2 scaling, and increased institutional use of smart contracts.
A separate model cited in the report predicts an even higher price target of $14,135 by 2031. Tom Lee has also called for prices above $10,000 in 2027 or 2028.
The immediate chart picture is less dramatic, with Ethereum currently trading between a support floor of $2,380 and resistance at $2,600. A weekly close above $2,540 could strengthen the case for a move toward $2,700 and later $3,000.
