Vymopay Unveils Shield Address, Revolutionizing Anonymous Crypto Wallets
Vymopay has launched Shield Address, an anonymous crypto wallet standard that lets users accept payments without exposing their real destination wallet to senders.
The feature addresses a vulnerability in centralized exchange withdrawals, where the destination address is visible and linkable to the user's identity through blockchain analytics.
Shield Address breaks this link by generating a dedicated address for the user that is not disclosed to the sender at any point. It also runs AML screening on inbound funds, converts assets if required, and forwards them to the user's actual destination wallet without revealing their real wallet address.
This approach protects users from counterparty surveillance while still maintaining compliance with regulations. Vymopay treats privacy and compliance as compatible by default, unlike existing tools that often route around compliance rather than integrating it.
