Wang Chun's Latest ETH Sell-Off: A Deleveraging Move Amid Market Volatility
F2Pool co-founder Wang Chun has sold another batch of Ethereum (ETH) tokens, offloading 6609 ETH worth $16.63 million in a single transaction. This move marks the latest in a series of deleveraging efforts by Wang Chun's address, which now holds a total of 65,000 ETH valued at $159 million.
The cumulative value of tokens sold since the recent price surge stands at $55.06 million, with an average exit price of $2355 per ETH. This indicates that Wang Chun is taking advantage of the current market conditions to rebalance his portfolio and reduce exposure to potential losses.
According to technical analysis on the 4-hour chart, Ethereum is currently trading within the Bollinger Bands at $2515.52, with an upper resistance level at $2529.07. The RSI (Relative Strength Index) reading of 70.09 suggests that ETH is overbought and may be due for a retracement towards support levels.
The MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) indicator has also formed a death cross, which often signals a potential decline in prices. This could lead to a retest of the EMA50 support level at $2284.53 before any further price appreciation.
