Web3 Gaming's Multi-Billion Dollar Math Exposed by Quip Network
Web3 gaming and #GambleFi rely on a multi-billion dollar mathematical illusion, according to KuCoin. Decentralized games and lotteries currently use classical Verifiable Random Functions (VRFs), which are pseudo-random algorithms.
These algorithms can be reverse engineered by quantum computers, allowing hackers to predict loot box drops, manipulate casino outcomes, and drain #GameFi economies with zero risk.
Quip Network is deploying the first Post-Quantum Verifiable Random Function (pq-VRF) to secure on-chain gaming. Quip generates true entropy using physical Quantum Processing Units (QPUs), making it physically impossible to predict or reverse engineer.
The randomness is then routed through a hybrid DePIN swarm using Secure Multi Party Computation and Lattice Cryptography, ensuring delivery is blind and secure to the game contract.
