Whale Transfers $81.5M in BTC to Institutional Trading Firms
A large Bitcoin whale has transferred approximately $81.5 million worth of BTC to Cumberland, FalconX, and Galaxy Digital over the past seven hours.
The transactions, tracked by Lookonchain, indicate that 1,274 BTC were moved to these major crypto trading firms in three separate transfers.
This kind of movement often suggests that a large holder intends to liquidate some or all of their holdings, as Cumberland and the other two firms facilitate large block trades for institutional clients outside of public exchanges.
