The whale holds a $6,051,000 short position in AMD with an unrealized loss of $74,000. To reduce this loss, the whale plans to place two buy orders: one worth $4,012,000 to close out part of the short position and another for $16,444,000 to go long.
The whale's strategy also includes selling Micron (MU) with a sell order valued at $8,187,000, which is expected to increase short positions in MU to $7,760,000. Additionally, the whale has placed a $2,036,000 sell order on SanDisk (SNDK), with short positions in SNDK expected to reach $1,946,000.
This whale's trading plan involves approximately $58 million, significantly more than its previous strategy that generated a profit of $6.57 million.
