Whale Wallets Overwhelm Clarity Act Hurdles

Despite the delay of the Clarity Act in Congress, large-scale purchases continue to drive Bitcoin's price upwards. Whale wallets have been receiving substantial amounts of BTC from prominent trading desks such as Galaxy Digital and BitGo.

A newly created wallet tied to Galaxy Digital received 1,346 BTC, worth approximately $87 million, in two large batches. This pattern of big money buying up BTC has been observed multiple times recently, often accompanied by rising volume despite stagnant prices.

The Bitcoin price today is hovering around $64,972 with a modest increase over the past 24 hours. Meanwhile, BlackRock's spot fund has seen net inflows of 9,269 BTC worth around $604 million over four consecutive sessions.

Even with the Clarity Act delay, institutional buying through OTC desks and ETFs remains strong. Michael Saylor commented on the matter, stating 'Bitcoin doesn't need CLARITY. America needs clarity.'
