Whales Defy Record Outflows: Add Exposure to HYPE Amid Price Decline

Despite record outflows from Hyperliquid Crypto ETFs, whales are still adding exposure to HYPE tokens. On September 9, the ETFs posted $5.29 million in daily net outflows, following $12.96 million in outflows on September 8.

However, two large addresses continued to add and stake tokens. One whale purchased another 116,427 HYPE tokens worth approximately $9.91 million, while a separate whale bought $26 million in HYPE.

The price of HYPE has declined by 1.9% over the past seven days, but still retains a 45.7% gain over the 30-day timeframe.
