Whales Fuel XRP Price Rally to $1.30
Ripple's XRP token has seen a significant price surge in recent days, reaching $1.30 for the first time in months.
The price increase of 30% from its low point caught many analysts off guard and sparked speculation about who is behind the rally.
According to market observer Vincent Van Code, large players, or 'whales', are driving the run on XRP. He analyzed data that shows 53% of all sizeable buy orders were from these large players, followed by 35% from medium traders and just 12% from small investors.
Van Code's findings suggest that retail investors are not the primary force behind this rally, which is 'great news' according to him.
