Wintermute Sells LAPTOP Tokens Worth Over $2 Million

Wintermute, a market-making firm, has sold a portion of its LAPTOP tokens after receiving 2.5 million units from the token team.

The sale brought in approximately $2.08 million at an average price of $4.47 per token, with Wintermute selling 466,255 tokens out of its reported allocation.

This represents about 18.7% of the firm's total LAPTOP holdings, leaving it with around 2.03 million tokens.

LAPTOP launched on Coinbase's Base network on September 9 and has a total supply of one billion tokens.
