Wintermute USA Secures Broker Dealer Registration in US

Wintermute USA has secured registration as a broker dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and membership in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), allowing it to operate in regulated American securities markets.

The registration gives Wintermute access to trade equities, equity options, and provide proprietary liquidity across national exchanges, as well as pursue authorized participant roles for exchange traded products (ETPs) tied directly to digital assets.

CEO Evgeny Gaevoy stated that the company aims to challenge established firms like Jump Trading, Jane Street, and Citadel Securities within three to five years.
