Crypto exchange WOO X is facing criticism over delayed withdrawals after multiple customers reported transactions remaining unprocessed for hours or days. Blockchain investigator ZachXBT amplified the complaints on September 6, saying several verified WOO X users had contacted him about withdrawal problems.

Some customers reported requests remaining in 'pending', 'processing' or 'submitted' status for as long as three days. One user said they had maintained Level 2 verification with WOO X for approximately five years but had been unable to complete a withdrawal for three days, while another reported that a transfer to a self-custody wallet remained submitted for more than six hours.

WOO X acknowledged the issue and stated it was reviewing both affected cases and the status of its systems. The exchange asked affected customers to contact official support with their user ID, withdrawal order ID, request time, asset and network, and a screenshot showing the transaction status.
