World Chain is launching full block access lists on its mainnet, making it the first production layer-2 network to stream EIP-7928 data every 200 milliseconds inside flashblocks.
The technology targets 1 gigagas/sec throughput on World Chain without raising validator hardware costs.
This new feature will be available on World Chain Mainnet on August 17 via a runtime flag ahead of Ethereum's upgrade.
