World Releases Open-Source Toolkit for Zero-Knowledge Identity Verification on Mobile Devices
World has released ProveKit, an open-source toolkit for zero-knowledge identity verification on mobile devices. The software was previously used internally to power World ID's privacy-preserving identity checks.
ProveKit uses a combination of cryptographic techniques to enable secure and private identity verification without revealing sensitive user information. It can be integrated into various applications, including iOS, Android, and web-based platforms.
The toolkit has undergone a security review by Least Authority, a firm well-known in the crypto space for auditing projects like Zcash and Ethereum 2.0. The audit verified ProveKit's core modules and confirmed that security best practices were followed in its design.
