Wyoming Verifies FRNT Reserves with Chainlink, Boosts Transparency
The Wyoming Stable Token Commission has taken its commitment to transparency to the next level by integrating Chainlink's Proof of Reserve onchain verification technology for its Frontier Stable Token (FRNT).
This move not only surpasses the monthly disclosure minimum set by the federal GENIUS Act but also provides a more up-to-date and accurate picture of FRNT's reserves. The Commission has chosen to use AICPA standards for this examination, ensuring that the reserve data is verified under strict guidelines.
The integration with Chainlink's Proof of Reserve Secure Mint feature aims to prevent infinite-mint attacks by requiring new token mintage to be backed by sufficient reserves. This adds an extra layer of security and trust to FRNT, giving holders confidence in its value.
