XLM Trapped at $0.16 with Every Moving Average Acting as a Ceiling

The price of XLM has been stuck at $0.16 for some time now, and its technical chart is not looking good.

Every moving average, including the 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day averages, is sitting above the current price, forming a multi-layered ceiling of overhead supply that price has to fight through just to get back to 'neutral'. This suggests that the market has been trending lower across multiple timeframes without any sustained buying pressure.

The momentum indicators are also not showing any signs of a reversal. The RSI is hovering just above 30, but there's no dip-buying interest. The MACD histogram has flatlined at zero, which means sellers have exhausted their immediate push, but buyers haven't shown up to replace them.

The Stochastic oscillator is printing around 2, which is essentially buried in the floor. This kind of compression historically precedes a sharp mean-reversion move, but it's essential to note that mean-reversion inside a downtrend produces lower highs, not trend reversals.
