XLM's Resistance Becomes Its Support in Tight Compression Phase
XLM is trading at $0.19 resistance, but all moving averages are compressed at $0.18 and momentum is flatlined. The technical reality check shows that XLM's current price of $0.19 is sitting directly on top of the cluster formed by the 7, 20, and 50-day simple moving averages.
The problem is that momentum refuses to show up to work, with MACD and its signal line virtually indistinguishable from each other, and RSI hovering just under 56. Meanwhile, the Bollinger Bands have narrowed sharply, and the %B reading of 0.58 places price just above the band midpoint.
The Stochastic oscillator is one flicker of short-term promise, where %K has crossed above %D, historically preceding a brief momentum tick upward. However, any bounce here is measured in fractions of a cent without a genuine catalyst.
