XRP Breaks Above Key Resistance at $1.35 Amid Strong Rally
XRP's recent price surge has significantly improved its technical structure by pushing the token above several major moving averages. The cryptocurrency briefly surged to around $1.70 before pulling back to approximately $1.49, with the breakout supported by a sharp increase in trading volume.
The XRP price rally has cleared its long-term moving average near $1.35, which had previously acted as a major dynamic resistance level. Holding above $1.35 could strengthen the case that XRP is entering a broader recovery phase rather than experiencing a temporary volatility-driven spike.
However, technical indicators suggest the rally may have become overheated in the near term. XRP's daily Relative Strength Index (RSI) has climbed to roughly 86, placing the cryptocurrency deep in overbought territory.
