XRP Brushes Off Pre-September Fears with +12.19% Historical Anomaly
XRP has defied pre-September market fears by showing historical anomalies that favor a 12.19% move up, according to analyst Xaif Crypto.
The cryptocurrency typically struggles during September, but since 2018, XRP has closed the first month of autumn in the green five times versus just three negative closes, maintaining an average return of +12.19%. In contrast, Bitcoin usually enters a correction ahead of September.
Xaif Crypto highlighted that XRP, along with other assets like XLM and Bitcoin, simultaneously formed identical weekly setups at the end of August, indicating major capital is preparing for a strong upward move. This synchronized emergence of patterns right before the start of a new month can be a sign of a significant price increase.
Beyond the charts, several factors support a bullish scenario for XRP. These include record ETF inflows, with $110.49 million flowing into spot XRP ETFs in August, and Goldman Sachs holding more than $86 million in XRP ETF positions. Additionally, a key Senate vote on the CLARITY Act is scheduled for September 15, which could definitively establish XRP's status as a digital commodity and eliminate regulatory risks.
