XRP bulls faced one of their largest liquidation events this year on August 22, as long positions were wiped out at levels not seen since October 2025.
According to CryptoQuant author Amr Taha, XRP long liquidations reached $38.58 million on August 22, the highest level since October 10, 2025.
The price of XRP hit $1.70 but quickly retraced to $1.42 shortly after, with a 16% drop from its peak.
