XRP Crash Predictions: AI Models Disagree on When This One Ends
XRP has been through several brutal crashes since its inception in 2013, including two that wiped out more than 90% of its price. The current crash, which began a year ago, has seen XRP trade about 70% below its July 2025 peak.
Two AI models, ChatGPT and Claude, were given XRP's full crash history to predict when this one ends. Both models read the same data but came up with different answers.
ChatGPT expects the current crash to end almost immediately, putting the finish between July 31 and August 15, giving it a 65% confidence level. The model points out that XRP's crashes usually last around 14 months, and this one has been running for about 12 months, which is 'a historically normal duration'. However, ChatGPT also leaves a 35% chance that XRP has one more leg down, with the drop bottoming between $0.90 and $0.98 in August or September.
Claude, on the other hand, believes that the current crash may have already ended a month ago. It found four patterns in XRP's history and read all four as pointing to June 26, 2026, which is when XRP hit its lowest point of $1.009 before bouncing back.
