XRP Dominates South Korean Exchanges Amid Record-Breaking Altcoin Trading

South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Upbit and Bithumb, have seen significant altcoin trading activity in the last 24 hours. According to data from both platforms, XRP has taken the top spot with a total trading volume of $651.5 million, accounting for roughly a quarter of the total spot volume across both exchanges.

XRP's dominance is followed closely by Official Trump ($TRUMP), which took in a total trading volume of $298.7 million. This figure breaks down to approximately $263.2 million on Upbit and $35.5 million on Bithumb.

The combined data from both exchanges reveals that the top five altcoins by trading volume are XRP, Official Trump, Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Ethereum (ENA). The total trading volume of these altcoins exceeds $1 billion in just 24 hours.
