XRP Enters Low-Volatility Phase Amid Ongoing Regulatory Uncertainty
XRP has entered a low-volatility phase, according to on-chain data from CryptoQuant analyst Amr Taha. The cryptocurrency's 30-day Realized Volatility has fallen to its lowest level in three months, reaching around 0.34.
This decline in volatility suggests that XRP is experiencing reduced short-term speculative activity and a decrease in panic- or greed-driven trading.
The data also indicates that major cryptocurrency exchanges have entered negative wallet territory for XRP. Coinbase recorded its deepest XRP net withdrawal-wallet reading since June 2025, with withdrawals exceeding deposits by -10,900 on August 4.
