XRP ETF Inflows Soar to Record $1.55 Billion Amid Price Surge
The XRP ETF sector experienced its best week since May, with a surge in demand that left other crypto assets behind. The total inflows reached $1.55 billion, marking a new all-time high for XRP ETFs.
Investors returned to the funds on August 18, pouring $5.81 million into the sector, which was followed by a slower start to Wednesday's rally despite the same underlying catalysts that propelled Bitcoin and Ethereum forward.
The cumulative total net inflows picked up pace throughout the week, culminating in $18.38 million on Friday, the single-best day for XRP ETFs since May 14. Bitwise's XRP fund led the way with $542.69 million in cumulative inflows, followed closely by Canary Capital's XRPC at $468.12 million and Franklin's XRPZ at $434.16 million.
XRP's price eventually caught up to the market's momentum, surging 70% in under 72 hours before facing rejection at $1.70. Analysts believe the token still needs to reclaim this resistance zone before the trend can shift decisively higher.
