XRP ETFs Defy Slump, But Warning Signs Emerge
Ripple (XRP) spot exchange-traded funds have defied the overall slump in May and June, when Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs bled out heavily. In a streak of nine consecutive weeks in the green, XRP's counterparties recorded impressive inflows, but July saw some warning signs.
The first full week of July saw net withdrawals of over $7 million, followed by three weeks of net inflows: $6.78 million, $8.15 million, and $14.86 million. The month ended with net inflows of $27.29 million, but this was the second-weakest month in terms of inflows since January.
While XRP ETFs are still in the green for August, the actual inflows are modest at just $1 million. In contrast, BTC and ETH ETFs attracted over $1 billion combined.
