XRP ETFs See $17M Inflows Despite Price Drop to $1.36
XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have seen significant inflows despite XRP's price drop to $1.36. Over two sessions, they pulled in $17 million, pushing cumulative inflows past $1.70 billion. This has led to the ETFs holding 1.07 billion XRP, which is roughly 1.7% of all circulating XRP.
The recent inflows were driven by institutional and RIA scheduled buying rather than retail conviction. The Federal Reserve's September 16 rate decision will be a crucial test for XRP's price.
Despite the price drop, trading volume on September 10 reached $29.43 million. The ETF flow data shows buyers stepping back in whenever redemptions briefly appear. This indicates steady demand from investors who already use ETFs as their preferred way to gain XRP exposure.
