XRP ETFs Soar as Whales Scoop Up Record-Breaking Token Amount

The US-based XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) experienced a significant surge in August, attracting $28.14 million on August 26, which marked the second-largest daily inflow of 2026.

Bitwise dominated with $13.12 million in contributions, followed closely by Franklin Templeton and Canary Capital.

In addition to the ETF interest, large-scale XRP holders increased their positions during the recent price correction, adding approximately 460 million tokens to their portfolios, the strongest accumulation pattern observed since February.

XRP's price surged past its 200-day exponential moving average for the first time since October 2025, reaching $1.70 before encountering resistance.
