XRP Faces Short-Term Pressure as Token Unlock Hits Market
Ripple's strategic investments in tokenization infrastructure continue to strengthen XRP's long-term outlook. The company has made deals with UK-based companies ZILO and Licuido, expanding the XRP Ledger's institutional tokenization infrastructure.
The recent token unlock has created short-term pressure on XRP, as 300 million tokens are now available in the market. However, this was a scheduled event and is well understood by market participants.
XRP could face a decline to $0.80 before a broader recovery if it breaks below the key support level of $1.05. Holding above this threshold would preserve the possibility of a recovery towards $1.18.
Under the medium-term scenario, XRP could establish a new local low within the $0.90-$0.80 range before recovering to $1.20-$1.35.
