XRP Gains Institutional Traction as Wealth Managers Ask More Questions
Research from Bitwise suggests that XRP is generating significant interest among institutional investors. In a recent presentation to about 400 wealth managers, XRP was the most asked-about cryptocurrency, according to Bitwise research analyst Ryan Rasmussen.
Rasmussen said that while many of these managers remain on the sidelines, with 67% not yet allocating to crypto, there is growing professional interest in XRP funds. In fact, 60% of participants expected crypto prices to be higher by the end of the year and another 60% planned to allocate to the asset class within the next year.
The increasing institutional exposure to XRP investment products is evident from data showing that U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds recorded 11 consecutive sessions of net inflows, bringing in about $170 million during the streak and roughly $1.68 billion since their launch in November.
