XRP Gains Regulated Access to U.S. Market Through Canadian-Listed ETF Options
XRP has made significant strides in expanding its presence within regulated derivatives markets. Canadian-listed XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) now offer a clearer access route for U.S. investors through options tied to these ETFs.
The Evolve XRP ETF and Purpose XRP ETF options are included among the contracts offered by the Montréal Exchange, which is cleared by the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC). This arrangement allows eligible U.S. investors to access XRP ETF options through a regulated cross-border framework.
The recent filings from CDCC show that these options have been listed as part of Form S-20 registration for sale in the U.S., making them accessible to U.S. participants while remaining Canadian-listed and cleared by CDCC.
This development aligns XRP with leading crypto assets, such as Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana, which are also recognized in regulated financial markets for listed investment products.
