XRP Hits Record Oversold Levels: Has the Bottom Finally Arrived?
XRP has reached its most oversold levels ever, sparking debate over whether the bottom has finally arrived. The token is trading near $1.09 after a significant decline of 72% from its record high.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) measures an asset's buying or selling momentum over a given period. Readings below 30 typically indicate oversold conditions, and XRP's monthly RSI has fallen below levels recorded during the March 2020 COVID crash.
Crypto analyst Ash Crypto noted that XRP's monthly reading has become more extreme than the 2020 collapse. The token also touched a two-year low near $1 last month.
The Gaussian channel, which measures support and resistance levels, currently sits at around $0.88. Analyst ChartNerdTA highlighted this signal, stating that XRP's interaction with the middle regression band may precede extended accumulation ranges in earlier cycles.
