XRP Holds Steady at $1.07 as Senate Shelves CLARITY Act
XRP's price has been holding steady at $1.07, despite being down roughly 71% from its July 2025 peak of $3.66 and more than 40% lower year to date.
The Senate shelved the CLARITY Act on Monday, which was seen as a major catalyst for XRP's price movement in recent weeks.
July spot ETF inflows totalled $12.3 million against $59 million in June and $131 million in May, indicating a decline in investor interest in the digital asset.
The technical map is precise, with immediate resistance sitting at $1.11 and a sustained breakout above it opening up the possibility of reaching $1.16, followed by $1.20 and then the heavier $1.29 to $1.30 supply zone.
