XRP Ledger Activates Critical Upgrade for Lending Protocol
The XRP Ledger has activated an essential upgrade for its upcoming lending protocol. The fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment was deployed on September 11 at 11:29 UTC in validated ledger 106,911,489, according to XRPSCAN.
This update bundles maintenance corrections involving Checks, automated market makers, pseudo-accounts, permissioned trading, Single Asset Vaults, and the Lending Protocol as part of the network's live rules. Several changes target transaction paths that could previously fail in edge cases.
The amendment enables fixes for freeze handling when transfers involve pseudo-accounts and tightens safeguards around AMMs, permissioned markets, and cleanup processes. Ripple's public XRP Ledger endpoint showed the amendment enabled and supported on September 12.
