XRP Ledger and XRPL EVM Sidechain Now Live on Axelar Interoperability Network

The XRP Ledger and its XRPL EVM Sidechain have been integrated into Axelar's interoperability network. This integration allows for cross-chain transfers of assets, including XRP, WBTC, WETH, USDF, SHx, SOIL, mBTC, mTBILL, and mXRP.

Axelar had previously connected the XRPL EVM Sidechain with over 80 blockchains. The integration enables users to access cross-chain transfer routes for multiple assets within the XRP Ledger ecosystem through the Axelar App.

This move is part of Axelar's efforts to connect major blockchain ecosystems, as seen in its recent integration of Solana Mainnet into its network. XRPL continues to develop infrastructure aimed at institutional use cases, including token issuance and digital transfer agency services.
