XRP Ledger Expands Global Node Access via Ankr Partnership

The XRP Ledger Foundation has partnered with Ankr to launch globally distributed public XRPL nodes. This move gives developers free access to the XRPL mainnet and testnet without running their own infrastructure.

The nodes span key regions, including New York and Singapore, which should improve network accessibility and reliability.

This expansion comes ahead of the proposed XRPL v3.3.0 upgrade, which includes amendments such as zero-knowledge privacy for tokenized assets and atomic settlement.
