XRP Ledger Fix Activation Deadline: September 11
An important update is coming to the XRP Ledger on September 11, 2026. The fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment will activate at 11:15 UTC and brings with it six corrections to various parts of the protocol.
The changes affect Single Asset Vaults, Lending Protocol, Automated Market Makers, Permissioned DEX, Checks, and pseudo-accounts. These fixes harmonize freeze checks on transfers from pseudo-accounts, reject malformed check identifiers at the preliminary stage, fix an error when removing hybrid offers, and add a check for rounding losses on deposits, withdrawals, and clawbacks in AMM pools.
The 80 percent rule applies to the activation of amendments, meaning that more than 80 percent of validators must support it for two weeks without interruption. The count happens at flag ledgers every 256th ledger, which works out to roughly a quarter-hour rhythm.
The public node queried on September 9 reported server version 3.3.0 and listed all 104 amendments known to the server. Of those, 93 are active, eleven are open, and one carries a majority entry in the ledger: fixCleanup3_3_0.
