XRP Ledger Hits Record High in Total Addresses Amid Tokenization Boom

The XRP Ledger has reached an all-time high in total addresses, surging to over 8.5 million unique accounts by September 14, according to CryptoQuant data.

This significant growth represents a year-to-date increase of approximately 8.20%, with the network adding 649,837 new addresses since January 1, 2026.

The XRP Ledger's expansion is largely attributed to its increasing adoption in tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), including stablecoins and other RWA assets, which have enabled more than $5.4 billion in tokenized assets.

This growth has also led to a notable increase in the number of holders on the XRPL, with over 81,000 unique accounts now participating through its stablecoins and RWA assets.
