XRP Ledger Integrates Cross-Chain Transfers with Axelar Network

The XRP Ledger has made significant strides in blockchain interoperability with the launch of native cross-chain transfers through Axelar Network. This integration allows users to move supported assets across multiple blockchain networks with minimal friction.

The $XRP Ledger and its XRPL EVM Sidechain are now available via the Axelar App, enabling users to transfer $XRP alongside other assets such as SHx, USDf, SOIL, WETH, WBTC, mBTC, mTBILL, and mXRP.

The XRP Ledger Foundation notes that users can now move assets cross-chain and settle in seconds on the $XRP Ledger. This is a significant development in addressing interoperability challenges, which remains one of the biggest hurdles in blockchain.
