XRP Ledger Retires Five Protocol Amendments in Latest Update
XRP Ledger developers have made significant changes in the latest xrpld 3.3.0 release, retiring five long-active protocol amendments and introducing six new ones.
The retired amendments include Clawback and four others, which are being removed to eliminate obsolete pre-amendment code. This does not affect their post-activation behavior, making it permanent within the core protocol.
Users holding XRP do not need to take any action, but node operators must upgrade to version 3.3.0 to maintain network participation and avoid missing out on new features.
