XRP Ledger Sees Record Quarterly Value and Surging Order-Book Volume
XRP Ledger's order-book volume has increased by 79% year over year in Q2 2026, according to Evernorth. This growth comes despite a decline of 40% in daily trading accounts, with each participating account now averaging 3,217 XRP per day.
Evernorth's report found that the average value held on the ledger reached $4.26 billion during Q2, setting a quarterly record and surpassing last year's comparable figure by over 42 times. The growth in value is largely attributed to the expansion of Ripple USD (RLUSD) balances, which rose 642% year-over-year to an average of $539 million.
The report also noted that total decentralized exchange volume on the XRP Ledger averaged 4.42 million XRP per day in Q2, a 20% increase from the same quarter in 2025. However, this figure is down 16% compared to the first quarter of 2026, which was an unusually active period.
