XRP Ledger Sees Surge in Activity, Approaches One Million Daily Payments

The XRP Ledger network is approaching a significant milestone as it processes an increasing number of payments. On September 1, the network handled 879,868 transactions, pushing daily activity close to 890,000.

This represents a 33.6% increase over the previous day and is significantly higher than the recent average of about 686,800 payments per day. The difference suggests that the current surge in activity is more substantial than typical daily fluctuations.

With a further 13.7% increase from September's figure, the network would surpass one million daily payments, a psychologically significant threshold.
