XRP Ledger Surges to 5 Billion Transactions with $1.9B RWA Inflow
The XRP Ledger has surpassed a significant milestone, reaching an all-time high of 5 billion transactions. This achievement comes as the network continues to grow in activity across various sectors, including payments, tokenization, stablecoins, and decentralized finance.
This milestone is particularly notable given the rapid growth in reported Real-World Asset (RWA) inflows into the XRP Ledger. Over a 90-day period, excluding stablecoins, XRPL recorded approximately $1.9 billion in RWA inflows, surpassing Ethereum's $1.6 billion and Stellar's $1.4 billion.
The data suggests that the XRP Ledger is gaining momentum in institutional tokenization, with financial institutions increasingly exploring blockchain infrastructure for assets such as bonds, funds, commodities, and credit.
