The XRP Ledger is set to undergo a major upgrade next week, featuring five new protocol amendments. The xrpld 3.3.0 release includes Confidential MPT, Batch, Permission Delegation, Sponsored Fees and Reserves, and Dynamic MPT.

These amendments will only be implemented if they pass the governance process of the XRP Ledger, requiring approval from at least 80% of trusted validators over two consecutive weeks.

The update also includes previously withdrawn amendments that have been resubmitted after security fixes. The Batch amendment and Permission Delegation amendment were taken off the list due to vulnerabilities discovered in their signature verification processes.
