The XRP Ledger has seen a significant increase in user activity, nearing its highest levels of the year. According to on-chain data, the daily active users have reached nearly 190,800, with a steady growth throughout July.
This milestone is particularly notable as it indicates a sustained recovery in ecosystem participation, following a period where the network struggled to maintain even 100,000 daily active users after the market correction earlier this year. Reaching 200,000 users would signify a return to normal activity levels, rather than just responding to speculative trading.
The increase in user activity is typically seen as a healthier indicator for blockchain networks, often accompanied by higher address activity, increased transaction counts, and payment volume across decentralized applications built on the ledger. However, the market has not yet reflected these strengthening fundamentals, with XRP currently trading around $1.07, below its 50-day and 100-day moving averages.
