XRP Ledger's Batch V1.1 Upgrade Stalls on One Validator Vote
The XRP Ledger's Batch V1.1 amendment has secured backing from 27 out of its 35 trusted validators, reaching around 77% support.
This is short of the required 80% threshold to begin a 14-day activation countdown, which would allow users to bundle up to eight linked transactions into a single atomic transaction operation.
The upgrade has not yet gone live on the main network, but it was included in the xrpld 3.3.0 software release on August 6.
The mechanism behind Batch V1.1 requires support from 80% of validators to remain above the threshold for the full two weeks, and votes can be changed during this time.
