XRP Mainnet Fix Upgrade Set for September Activation Amid 82% Validator Support
The XRP Ledger mainnet is set to receive a major fix upgrade in just five days, following the activation of the fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment. According to XRPscan data, the amendment has already gained 82.86% support from validators and has held this threshold for over two weeks.
The fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment is a collection of fixes aimed at strengthening several features across the network, including Single Asset Vaults, the Lending Protocol, Automated Market Makers, and the permissioned DEX. The upgrade includes 11 changes, such as adding further precision and rounding fixes for Single Asset Vaults and the Lending Protocol.
The amendment follows previous fix upgrades, fixCleanup3_1_3 and fixCleanup3_2_0, which were activated on the XRPL mainnet in May and July, respectively. The fixCleanup3_1_3 amendment marked a collection of fixes for NFTs, Permissioned Domains, Vaults, and the Lending Protocol.
